3. Our Services

Craft Kala provides an online marketplace for authentic Indian handicrafts, and a seller-onboarding platform. We facilitate:

• Browsing and purchase of artisan products
• Seller registration, storefront creation, and analytics dashboard

4. User Accounts

When registering as a seller, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain your account credentials’ confidentiality. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, icons, and software—on this Site is the property of Craft Kala or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or infringing content
• Interfere with Service security or performance

7. Fees & Payment

Buyers pay the listed product price plus applicable shipping. Sellers subscribe to monthly plans as detailed on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to change fees upon 30 days’ notice.

8. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is handled by third-party couriers. Sellers set shipping rates. Returns or refunds due to damage or defects must be requested within 7 days of delivery; see our Privacy Policy for details on claims handling.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Craft Kala disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Craft Kala and its affiliates against any losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
